Automation
Using a proprietary set of APIs, Fulcrum connects to panel companies and data collection software in order to automate the sample delivery process. Additionally, Fulcrum provides the reporting, control, and management tools to successfully deliver projects from a multi-source or multi-wave perspective.
Validation
Verifying that a respondent is 'who they say they are' is one of the key challenges of the industry. Federated Sample is developing real-time respondent validation via public records that can verify the user regardless of source without collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Delivery
Fulcrum monitors every study and automatically detects, alerts, and orders more sample when necessary to fill lagging surveys, resulting in faster detection and elimination of problem quotas and giving better execution for our clients.
Transparency
Clients can control the actual sample providers allowing for full transparency. Additionally, clients receive access to all the data we have on each respondent that participates in the study. Federated Sample is committed to providing full transparency of source, process, routing, quota controls, and de-duplication for our clients.
Screening and Security
Federated Sample uses Relevant ID by Imperium as well as proprietary tracking and matching algorithms that allow us to monitor respondents regardless of their source. All potential sample is pre-screened to avoid duplication via cookies, geo IP, and source verification software.
Compliance
Federated Sample complies with all local, regional, and national laws regarding privacy, data protection, and child safety. We comply with the CASRO and ESOMAR guidelines for online research. All kids 6-12 are invited to participate in a survey only through their parents, and with parental consent.
